This leaf blower is powerful and efficient. For an electric, it has the power, both as a blower and a vacuum to do the job. The metal impeller is worth the extra cost.

The Toro Blower/Vacuum has been a much needed tool in our yard maintenance. It is now easy to blow away excess grass clippings, leaving a clean driveway and sidewalk. This tool is light weight and easy to carry around the yard with an extension cord. Electric is the way to go! It's nice not to worry about the gas for it. We have yet to use the vacuum feature but are excited for that when the fall season comes upon us. Thank you Toro for another fine product.

I've owned a Toro (Blower/Vacuum) before and got many years of reliable use out of it. I love the ease of bag removal and a zipper that lasts for years without breaking. It's nice to see a well designed product that performs. I live on a corner property with many trees and the Toro has given me years of extended service. That is why I purchased another Toro (Blower/Vacuum).

Finally got a good price for this Toro 51599. It is a replacement and/or backup for my Toro 51598, which has been an excellent "worker" over the past few years.
Figured I'd buy this newer version to keep in reserve. Although it's red, not black like 51598, the 51599 sounds just as powerful as the original.
I'm hoping it'll give me the same service as my first Toro. The metal impeller does help reduce potential damage to the unit and the high speed blower is impressive.
